1. 請恭賢彙整二種BADL評估工具之具體項目，並簡略介紹此2工具以及出處。
2. 請恭賢寫信索取二種BADL資料，含個別項目資料。
3. 請李主任彙整 BADL 題庫，包含二類:1.確定/常見的BADL項目(可依據 mental illness 之特性明列，如 grooming 可明細分向)；2.需要討論確認之項目，如服藥等。

下次討論定於 Dec. 26 (週五) 9點許，恭賢有空時就連絡我們。

1. 恭賢將找到的工具分類，若不相關者，宜註明之(如屬於IADL量表，不相關，或WHO-DAS評量 perceived difficulty，不考慮)
2. 恭賢繼續尋找尚未找到實體或檔案的評估工具，以確認內容。
3. 李主任彙整 ADL 項目，可先以廣義的定義為之(如包含 appearance, 服藥等)，亦可同時考量如何評分。
4. 請留意 mentall illness 病人相關的ADL項目，如 appearance, 有無異味等。
