AMI 應用於工作坊的資料分析結果

1. 獨立程度部分，僅有3人需要口語指導，其餘項目全部自主獨立
2. 主動性、執行頻率與品質，約10~20%有問題，絕大多數個案沒問題

以上符合大致符合原先預期，有問題者只有少數，未來AMI針對此族群宜發展成 screener!

後續擬施測於慢性病房個案，以確認適用性與工具發展方向(是否也是 screener)至少測試50人。請李主任與恭賢協商安排。

故我們接下來，可以執行以下任務

1. 確認評估與計分模式，尤其是【執行頻率】部分
2. 初步心理計量特性驗證，包含:
項目分析(個選項之得分分析)、
內在一致性、
天花板地板效應、
收斂效度、
再測信度(項目層級以及總分層級)等

應可寫成1篇文獻: 工具發展以及初步心理計量特性分析

April 17 討論紀錄

修改如下:
1. [提醒]的評估要點在於告知個案應該去執行此ADL項目，而非如何做。補充於注意事項。
2. [品質]評估的參照標準，以【健康人為對照】，普通的標準為【可接受】。
3. 調整順序，清潔衛生項目(2, 3, 4, 9, 10)相關先。
4. [獨立程度]的 [口語指導] 指口頭教導個案如何執行ADL

下週一完成後，再請助理/同仁測試。

March 27 與李主任討論

1. 恭賢跟同仁介紹工具，並測試之
2. 有關同仁詢問有無指導語，恭賢與李主任可試著提供大致訪談指引(如從日常起居聊起，聊各項 BADL 這一兩天之執行情況)，也可建議各項目之訪談順序
3. 考慮請 凱旋同仁一起測試/使用/驗證，下週跟恭賢確認修改後，應可提供給凱旋同仁
